Tomorrow will day 3 of eating that for lunch.<br>So I know I wasn't supposed to weigh in but I did this morning.. <br>I guess we'll see what Saturday brings. I could eat those every night. Not sure what my body is doing. Chicken soup (IP) and 1 cup of Cauliflower & 1 cup of Brocolli, cut up and squashed and added to the soup with Pepper.definately the BBQ chips.. Only down 2lbs..<br>Favorite snack at night. and yep,Well found my favorite lunch of all time. I got the results I had assumed.
