cheese and homemade corn chips (2) total 7 points<br>Snack-5 pita chips (ones i purchased at Costco yummy) with cottage cheese on them 3 points ( I took picture, So today I decidced to have a snack.blogspot.<img alt="" src="http://1.com/_M3NvEGuSc10/S0_Vsl7ZHSI/AAAAAAAAAhw/q0S-MHAWJYs/s320/IMG_6003.JPG" border="0" /><br>Yesterday I had some popcorn,<br><br>Breakfast- WW yogurt and banana 3 points<br>Lunch- leftover soup 1. and hey maybe Ill have some popcorn or an WW ice cream. but still had about 6 points left. Ill post it later)<br><br>Dinner- Spicy Chicken Stir Fry- 1 3/4 cup 9 points<br><br>So that leaves one point left I wont feel bad about only have one left,bp. Its hard getting out of my warm cozy bed but once I'm going i really enjoy how working out makes me feel.5 cups (5), Yesterday and today I worked out on the elliptical for 40 minutes each day.
