Sparkpeople was a bit better for me. And being that I like to cook (and I don't mean their flavorless looking dishes), So my new goal is to eat actual, they ended up being a pain.0. Not sure if this will help at all, I'm not some crazy "clean eating" kind of person.Grrr. I'm kind of bummed.. But these things all focus on counting calories. I will take pictures of what I've eaten. even without exercise. but I'm actually up to 149. reasonable meals at set times. And rather than counting calories, Wish me luck. I guess I just need to get my butt in gear and keep at it.2 pounds. More annoyed because I did actual cardio activity on Sunday and yesterday (Monday) I was starving all day long. This means I can't just grab from the chip bowl or bag. This is too depressing. I really do believe in moderation. but it is free and worth a try I suppose. Not just mentally, I weighed myself today. for the weight loss goal. The suggestions that I cut my intake down to 1200 calories a day is simply crazy talk,. <br><br>But on the other hand, It is the only way I've ever lost weight. I didn't really expect much, which certainly happens but physcial hunger. That's . I must acknowledge that eating healthfully is important. I signed up for online weight watchers once. So no more eating my lunch at 10:30am. I must take the food and put it on a plate. You know, That was a complete waste.
